Last year we missed what is one of the happiest moments for our kids, our summer get-together in Higuerón de Tavizna.
It all started in 2018, when we began family respite days, organizing weekends with each and every one of our users. In an unbeatable setting and with overwhelming enthusiasm from our kids…. El Higuerón de Tavizna is located in Ubrique in the Sierra de Cádiz mountains. Cottages nestled in the mountains, a swimming pool, a dining area for sharing meals, and stunning views make this the perfect way to kick off summer.
A weekend where we share, observe the learning that has taken place throughout the course applied to real contexts, reinforce the level of autonomy they have, but above all, enjoy the happiness they exude when they feel free and capable.
This family break is another piece of the enormous project we're undertaking. We're excited to be able to resume the experience this year.
An experience that, even though it involves physical and mental exhaustion, I can confirm firsthand that nothing weighs heavily when you see the constant happy faces and the enormous enthusiasm they show in the workshops, swimming pool, work, chores... in everything!
Undoubtedly an unforgettable moment where we all won, we all enjoyed ourselves, we all learned from each other.
