Words are a valuable tool that can be used to build great projects and also to break down barriers. The importance of words in dealing with people facing difficulties is also very important to consider.
At Aspademis, we strive to establish a strong foundation in the value each of our users places on themselves. Understanding who we are so we can love ourselves properly is why we hold a workshop each month on emotional intelligence, self-esteem, and self-concept. It is very important that they know their strengths and weaknesses, so we are clear about what we want to improve, but above all, what they are an ace at, and as I always repeat to them, "be careful what we tell ourselves, because we end up believing it."
We know this isn't our best year, but we're still grateful every day to be able to keep working, and that's why this new project has emerged, igniting a new spark of enthusiasm. We believe that in times of difficulty, great ideas arise, we become stronger, and that's precisely how "Talents in Action" was born.
"Talents in Action" emerged amidst our regular Tuesday routine. Tuesdays are a special day when we address our challenges and explore ways to improve. Then the question arose: what would happen if our students began to showcase and bring to life the talents they possess? We thought it would be a wonderful idea to share them with the world.
According to the dictionary of the Spanish language, capacity is aptitude, talent, or a quality that enables someone to perform something well. And our users have plenty of that to offer.
Our proposal is based on organizing events where our young people can showcase their most remarkable talents. To achieve this, we will create individual positions where they will lead a workshop using their strongest skill.
We can already announce some of them! "Nail Workshop" taught by Miriam / "Drawing Workshop" by Laura / "Padel Workshop" by Alberto / "Puzzle Workshop" by Luis… and countless other activities that will rotate. They will be the stars, everyone will be teaching, everyone will be learning.
Always adhering to all relevant safety regulations. We want to create an event that will serve as a precedent for many more.
Now that you know a little more about the idea, are you interested in learning more? Stay tuned, great experiences are on the horizon!
*Activity aimed at users aged 6 and over, with some type of difficulty.
