A crucial moment has arrived in the life cycle of our users. The end of compulsory schooling brings with it uncertainty due to the lack of educational options for young people with disabilities in the province of Cádiz—training programs that address all dimensions of the individual: social, communicative, cognitive, and professional.
Aspademis creates a series of projects with specific programs for intervention in each of the vital aspects of our population.
We do not want to forget any important aspect, whether direct or indirect, nor fail to offer resources and tools so that our young people can achieve the maximum possible development, so that they can achieve an autonomous and independent adult life, within their possibilities.
To this end, our association offers interventions, programs and training of this type:
- Domestic Training Program: Through the adapted "mini-apartment", they learn household chores, cooking workshops, home maintenance workshops, controlled shopping, ironing, washing machine... In short, our users are given tools for their future independent living, or to participate at home and feel more useful and integrated into daily life.

- Special Training Programs: This program has two parts: theoretical training and practical experience. Work placements are offered, which vary depending on the school year and the program's structure (placements in school cafeterias, daycare centers, nursing homes, etc.).
- Project “I WANT YOU TO FEEL LIKE I DO”Emotional training and management are offered. Presentations are given in schools or any institution that requests them, featuring workshops led by our participants. They will become the main facilitators of prepared modules that include workshops related to identifying and managing emotions, as well as developing healthy self-esteem and self-concept.

- Social Skills and Speech Therapy Program: The aim is for our users to be able to function socially and achieve the highest possible level of communication. This will be the foundation for subsequent processes.

- Family respite: Organizing weekend excursions.
- Shared leisure: We organize outings during the weekends in small groups, coordinating communication and supervision of the outings.
- Collaboration with other centers: Visits to nursing homes, nurseries, cultural visits…
In short, our clients receive a varied, comprehensive, multidisciplinary intervention tailored to their needs. Our team, comprised of a psychologist, educational psychologist, speech therapists, hearing and language teachers, a physiotherapist, and an administrative staff member, supports the children and their families, who are essential partners in this process.
