Aspademis wants to support you during these times of mixed emotions; difficult, yes, but also happy because of the gradual improvement in the situation. Although we mustn't let our guard down, we will gradually return to the "new normal," and it's important that we stay safe and take care of our mental strength and health; this way, the return will be a challenge that we will find somewhat easier to manage.
We are receiving a lot of information, doubts, and fears; therefore, we want to transmit all our energy, because we know that if we stay united and cooperate, together we will overcome this very complicated situation.
The “new normal” is an uncertainty that we must gradually assimilate and, like everything in this life, we cannot let fear and obsession win; for this, the professional team of Aspademis is at your disposal and offers you some advice to achieve the greatest possible well-being.
It's important not to overwhelm ourselves with unofficial and unverified information; to do this, we must adhere strictly to the recommendations established by the relevant authorities. It's not good to overexpose ourselves and become obsessed with excessive fears. As those of us who live by the sea have always said, we should respect it, not fear it. Fear weakens and paralyzes us, and that's the opposite of what we need to achieve: strong physical and mental health.
It's essential not to think beyond the present, to listen to your body, and to know your limits. There's no need to rush. Let's think positively that the worst is over and not underestimate ourselves by anticipating "I can't," because we have been able to, and we will be able to, overcome anything.
Let's set goals gradually, without pushing ourselves too hard. If we're afraid of something, we'll approach it progressively until we reach the level of comfort we thought impossible when the lockdown began. No one could have imagined the power we carry within us, our capacity to adapt, the strength each and every one of us has shown; therefore, don't believe the doubts that may surround you and try to convince you that you won't be able to do it: BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.
Any activity that resumes will be done gradually and progressively; we need time to adjust and become accustomed to it. Let's avoid places where we anticipate large crowds, places where it will be difficult to maintain a safe distance, which is essential in this process.
Let's be considerate of each other, wear masks, control our impulses to get close, and cultivate patience so we can hug, kiss, and enjoy each other's company again: only the final stretch remains.
We must be aware of our capacity to face difficult situations. No one would believe what we've been through if someone had told us a few months ago; even so, we've handled it like champions.
Let's focus on the present, not anticipate or ask ourselves questions like "what will happen?". Let's enjoy the small moments and, above all, give thanks for all the positive things we have discovered in ourselves and in those around us.
Aspademis wants to highlight the solidarity, the dedication to work, the love that has grown in the distance, the strength of the most vulnerable, the energy that we have given and received from each balcony, with each applause and each smile from neighbors and friends in the distance.
CHEER UP AND STAY STRONG!!
WE ONLY HAVE THE LAST STAGE LEFT.
LET'S CONTINUE TO SPREAD LOVE BECAUSE, THAT WAY, EVERYTHING TASTES BETTER.
