Many years ago, I arrived at the association without any prior experience or references. I only remember that the first things that struck me during those initial days were seeing those parents so involved and dedicated to their children for hours on end. Parents who would pass the time in the waiting room while we professionals did our work.
A very difficult yet beautiful situation. What a great sign of love it is to entrust such an important part of your life to someone who will work hand in hand with your child; it simply fascinated me.
That's one of the key aspects of our interventions: being able to transfer what we teach them in our sessions to their homes, streets, schools, and all the environments where our children, young people, and adults participate, putting into practice everything they learn in our sessions.
Our actions, interventions, and focus are equally directed toward the family. They too are our priority, an essential element in the development and evolution of our users.
It is very important that there is good teamwork on both sides in achieving the goals we have set. We provide support to parents, offering them guidance and a space to vent.
We are proud of the mothers and fathers who, day after day, show us their patience, dedication, courage, and above all, their love. Without their help and commitment, our work would also be meaningless.
That's why today we want to dedicate these words to the heroes of our little ones, who work day after day, who enjoy themselves and have fun, who cry and despair.
From Aspademis we thank you for being the hands that make our work from home possible.
Today, you are the stars.
